Hotel a New Columbia

“When we arrived there was a long line . A staff members phone alarm was going off on repeat. The staff that helped us was doing her best to manage the line and work through the annoying phone alarm! When we got to our room there was a dehumidifier in there and it was about 100 degrees not exaggerating. We went back down to the desk where there was yet another line and had to get another room key. The room was much cooler but still had a dehumidifier in it! The water pressure was awful ! There...

“The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was no table or chairs for sitting. There was a chair for the desk. Didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that.”

“I was very impressed with the physical property and the staff. The back terrace is wonderful. Only small issues. For those of us who are older a magnifying mirror or a light over the hall mirror would be helpful for makeup. Also, the breakfast choices could be updated a little. Perhaps croissants and fresh fruit?”

“We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was there! The property was nicely maintained and conveniently located off the highway. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. We weren’t able to make use of the heated pool or gym but they looked great. Breakfast was good with a good selection. We will probably stay there on our way back home.”

“The property was very conveniently located to our Annual Conference at the Community Arts Center. The view of the beautiful pool was very nice, though it would have been nice had the pool been open when we were able to use it. It was closed Thursday, and though it opened Friday, by the time we finished for the day, it was closed (9:00 pm.). The room was quiet and pretty comfortable. “This was an amazing room. Very spacious and well done. I liked not having a key and being able to check in myself. I didnt ask for any services while I was there but they texted me to ask each day, which was also convenient. Parking was not a problem for me, but bc it is an old building (tons of cool charm!) There are stairs to get in which may nit work.for everyone. Lovely stay. I will stay again at next year's conference.”
